Ingredients

small or medium zucchinis
▢

garlic cloves
▢

tbsps
olive oil
▢
¼
cup
parmesan or asiago cheese,
grated
Instructions
▢
1. Pour olive oil into container. Mince garlic and add to oil. Let marinate.
▢
2. Slice zucchinis into ¼″ thick strips or rounds.
▢
3. Coat or brush zucchinis with oil and garlic mixture.
▢
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
▢
5. Grill or cook over the fire for about 6-8 minutes (med-high heat); until bottoms slightly charred and cheese is melted
Notes
Feel free to sprinkle on some spices – or some extra cheese!
Olive oil can be replaced with alternate oil of choice
