Equipment
- 1 broiler OR grill
- 1 garlic press optional
Ingredients
- 2 small or medium zucchinis
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan or asiago cheese, grated
Instructions
- 1. Pour olive oil into container. Mince garlic and add to oil. Let marinate.
- 2. Slice zucchinis into ¼″ thick strips or rounds.
- 3. Coat or brush zucchinis with oil and garlic mixture.
- 4. Sprinkle with cheese.
- 5. Grill or cook over the fire for about 6-8 minutes (med-high heat); until bottoms slightly charred and cheese is melted
Notes
- Feel free to sprinkle on some spices – or some extra cheese!
- Olive oil can be replaced with alternate oil of choice
