Garlic Parmesan Zucchinis

  • 1 garlic press optional

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small or medium zucchinis
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan or asiago cheese, grated

Instructions

  • 1. Pour olive oil into container. Mince garlic and add to oil. Let marinate.
  • 2. Slice zucchinis into ¼″ thick strips or rounds. 
  • 3. Coat or brush zucchinis with oil and garlic mixture. 
  • 4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 5. Grill or cook over the fire for about 6-8 minutes (med-high heat); until bottoms slightly charred and cheese is melted
