Enjoy these chips as a healthy and delicious snack on their own, throw them in a nut mix, or dip them in nut butter for extra indulgence.COOKING METHOD: Dehydrating
1. Peel and slice bananas into about ¼″ thick slices.
2. Disperse slices on dehydrating trays in a single layer, leaving space between each slice.
3. Generously sprinkle with sesame seeds. Flip and repeat on other side.
4. Dehydrate at 135℉ for approx 8 hours.
Notes
It’s best to use very ripe bananas (having some brown spots on the peel). The banana fruit is more sticky at this ripeness, allowing the sesame seeds to stick well. It also results in sweeter, more flavourful chips.
