As a small business, we take great care in crafting and customizing your orders. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend requesting your order at least 6 weeks before your event. For events less than 30 days away, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Payment & Ordering Details
After reviewing your submitted request form and confirming any custom details with you, you’ll receive a formal order summary. Once approved by you, the following payment schedule applies:
Orders placed more than 6 weeks in advance of an event:Â
A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your order and begin production
The remaining balance is due prior to shipping (orders can be made well in advance with shipping closer to the event if desired)Â

Yes! We can ship to all private residences and businesses, including PO Boxes. Just provide delivery details and preferred arrival date.
